Random Photos! (乱数写真!)

Here is another post for the Random Photos section! This time it is not really that random, they are photos taken from about a week ago. On that day my family and I went to the beach to see if the waves were significantly larger from the Japan Earthquake.

We were going to meet our aunt and cousins there, but they were horribly late, about an hour and a half (we drove past them as we were leaving.) So we went to the mission instead and ended up waiting for them there, waiting twenty minutes to a half an hour this time for them, they eventually arrived and we walked together until it started to get dark and then went home. So here are some of the pictures taken from that day.

Which One?

So this time, instead of having a black and white photo and a color photo, I have two colored photos. The first is the original while the second's colors have been enhanced:

In my opinion, the second one is better, only because it has much more blue to it, you can never have to much blue! But the first one is good too because it more realistic looking for the area that I live in. What do you think?

Here is another issue of Which One? Here is the picture info: Late Spring of '10, Cloudy day, A flock of seagulls and one Pelican...

Again I have the same problems with picking which I like better, I like the effect of black and white, but I like the colors of the original photo. What do you think?

Summer's End

Summer is coming to an end and people are going back to school and/or work, we try getting as much fun out of the way trying to knuckle down for the rest of the year. Most of us go to the beach through out the summer as a way to cool off and to have fun with friends and family. Well I have today some pictures of the beach, from earlier this summer (not really, our beaches our blocked off for most of the summer for a certain type of endangered bird life that nests there this time of year, so these pictures are really from earlier this year, during the winter).

Santa Barbara

Today I attended my college classes, as I have been for one week now. I have one class (3d Design) in the evening on Mondays and Wednesdays (5:00-7:15). I bring my camera with me almost every class, in case I see something I absolutely have to take a picture of (like on my very first class when I had to wait for my ride, the way the moon was above the mountains shining on the sea in the twilight hours was  beautiful - too bad I didn't have camera with me on that day, boo.) Anyway, today I did have my camera with me, and all though there wasn't a full moon out today, I did get to capture a few great shots in the Santa Barbara Harbor. I got back home just in time to watch the last half of the new episode of my favorite show (GHOST HUNTERS!!!).
